Yes! Laundry is located on the main floor of the house and accessible to all guests.

The house has enough beds to accommodate for 12 guests. You are welcome to bring a pack-and-play or crib for children.

There is a private parking lot next to the building. It is also free to park overnight on the street.

Parties or gatherings of groups larger than the number of guests staying there are prohibited.
Rates and Booking
We require a 5-night minimum stay in the summer months.
For late spring and the beginning of fall, we require a 3-night minimum stay.
Otherwise, a 2-night minimum stay is required.
